4. RRSP, Union Dues, Moving Expenses, T2200 (Qualified Employees) and details of related expenses, TL2 (Truckers) Log Book etc
5. Tuition Fee Receipts form T2202A, Offical Donation Receipts, Medical Receipts, Safety Deposit Box Receipt, Metro Passes etc.
6. Instalment Payment Details, Prior Year Tax Return/ Notice of Assessment etc.
7. Business/Self Employed: Details of Income including GST/HST collected, GST/HST Return, Break Down of Business related  Expenses, Home Office Expenses Details, Vehicle Expenses Details and Log Book for Business Use, Details of Purchase and use of Capital Property for Business etc.
